*That* Mother

When we were in high school we were all deliciously scandalised, albeit mildly, at hearing of a classmate's mother who wore jeans -- jeans -- around town.

Now I'm the mother who hosts parties for pre-schoolers in a deep-necked, strappy, short little number, to the consternation of various grandparents.

R's Mom -- Depending on the dress anybody can carry it off, yaar. Totally depends on the dress.

yara its all about " dheerey dheerey graph (piyaar) ko badhana hai, hud sey guzar jaana hai " and all that jazz...Im sure the definition of "that" mom has changed from dress code alone by now.
As long as you are not making the pre-schooler's milk bottles Irish Im sure you are home safe.

Aneela -- I *cough* offered him my beer the other night when he whined for some. The good news is, he hated it. :D

Wait, jeans in Vizag in the 80's/90's? Must've been the talk of the town... As for the strappy little number, you're a cool mom, plus, don't you think it's fun to see that scandalized look on people's faces? Most satisfying if you ask me :D

Padma -- Mid 90s and yes, she was the talk of the town. ;) I thought I was a cool mum until I saw the photographs. I never knew the dress was quite so snug!

M4 -- Well, I didn't mean for quite so much of the, er, hotness to be on show! But thank you. :)
