To learn a new dish every month. That sounds not impossible, even for the likes of me. And I'm rather inspired by the success of the mutton stew and the bourbon cake, really.
cooking is one of my true loves...let me know if you want any specific recipes ...I could also lead you to some really good blogs...food always excites me!
I found my own delegation-style way around this. I try to find at least one new recipe each week, translate it for my cook and leave it for her to do the rest :-)
